Consultations Are Required
For All Test Kits

$250

You are welcome to order test kits online. However, as part of our duty of care and practice policy an initial consultation is required to be booked to discuss the test results with one of our functional naturopathic practitioners. The test kit fee listed includes the initial consultation fee of $250.

Results Can Take Up
To 5 Weeks

5 weeks

Test results can take up to 5 weeks to become available, as some samples are shipped and tested overseas. We thank you for your patience while this process takes place.

Refunds And
Cancellations

$50

All test kits purchases are non-refundable once your specimen has been received for testing. If you cancel your order prior to your specimen being received for testing a $50 administration fee will apply.
